Sabrina smith, LCSW-S

Hi!

I’m Sabrina, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Supervisor in Texas (LCSW-S #61365) and an approved telehealth provider in Florida (TPSW495). I specialize in working with deep feelers, overthinkers, and people-pleasers - those ready to feel more calm, connected, and confident.

With a BA in Psychology and an MSSW in Clinical Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin, I’ve spent over a decade supporting adults navigating anxiety, attachment wounds, and life transitions. But my approach is more than credentials - it's deeply relational, person-centered, and rooted in genuine care.

A Bit About Me

Born and raised in Chicago as a first-generation American, I carry with me a deep appreciation for cultural nuance and the ways our family systems shape us. My upbringing taught me to listen closely - to the unspoken patterns, the inherited beliefs, and the quiet parts of ourselves waiting to be heard.

I also identify as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), which has shaped both how I move through the world and how I show up as a therapist. I love supporting other HSPs and Empaths in reclaiming sensitivity as a strength - not something to fix, but something to understand and honor.

Outside of therapy, I’m a big fan of good books, heartfelt conversations, and snuggles with pets. (Ask me what I’m currently reading!)

My therapy style

My role isn’t to “fix” you. It’s to walk alongside you with curiosity, warmth, and presence. I create a space where you can explore the layers of your story without shame, and where your insight and inner wisdom are always honored.
