WHY I DO WHAT I DO

Because real change begins when you feel truly seen and met right where you are.

GET TO KNOW ME

So happy you’re here. I’m Sabrina.

I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to the ways people carry their stories - the struggles that shape them and the strengths that sustain them. Over the years, I’ve seen how powerful it is when someone feels truly heard and supported, and that belief continues to guide my work today. Beyond credentials and techniques, I value showing up with curiosity, compassion, and a genuine respect for the courage it takes to be vulnerable.

LEARNING & GROWING

The Experience Behind My Work

Background

I’ve been a social worker since 2013, with experience in foster care, schools, psychiatric hospitals, and community clinics before opening my private practice. These settings shaped my belief that healing begins in safe, supportive connection.

Education

I earned my Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin with a concentration in clinical social work. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from UT Austin.

Certifications

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board-Approved Supervisor in Texas. Alongside my therapy practice, I provide case consultation and LCSW supervision, supporting clinicians as they grow in skill and confidence.

Ongoing Learning

Black and white musical notes and sheet music.

I continue advanced training in attachment, interpersonal neurobiology, relational approaches, and parts work. Ongoing learning allows me to bring both compassion and up-to-date knowledge into the therapy room.

A sunset over the ocean with the sun near the horizon, casting golden reflections on the water. A whale's tail is visible above the surface of the water, and there are ships and boats in the distance.

Just for Fun

MY GO-TO DRINK ORDER

A hot latte, always - even in the heat.

IF I WERE AN ANIMAL?

I’d be a whale, moving with depth and quiet strength.

ANY PETS?

A feral cat, named Tiger Kitty, that made my backyard his home.

MY HAPPY PLACE

On a beach chair with a good book and the sound of waves crashing.
