CLINICAL CONSULTATION
Support for Clinicians, Rooted in Collaboration
Consultation is a space to step back, reflect, and find clarity in your clinical work. Whether you’re navigating a challenging case, seeking perspective, or wanting to deepen your confidence, I provide collaborative support to help you move forward with greater ease and direction.
Why Consultation with Me?
Consultation is valuable at any stage of your career, and my role is to provide a thoughtful, non-judgmental space to reflect on your work. With over a decade of experience across foster care, schools, psychiatric hospitals, community mental health, and private practice, I bring both breadth and depth to the consultation space. My approach is collaborative and grounded in attachment and relational perspectives, which means I pay attention not only to clinical strategies but also to the human side of the work - how cases impact you, and how you can stay grounded and effective. Whether you’re seeking support on a single case or ongoing guidance, my goal is to help you feel more clear, confident, and supported in your practice.
What to Expect
Clinical consultation with me is a collaborative space. Together, we can:
Unpack the nuances of a challenging case
Explore clinical stuck points or countertransference
Gain clarity on next steps
Reflect on where your personal and professional selves intersect
Be reminded that doubt doesn’t mean you’re failing - it means you care
You’ll leave our sessions feeling supported, resourced, and reconnected to your clinical wisdom.
Practical Details
-
My consultation style draws from the same frameworks that guide my clinical practice. These approaches shape how I think about cases, offer feedback, and hold space for therapists:
Attachment and relational frameworks — exploring the dynamics of safety, trust, and connection within the therapeutic relationship.
Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) — integrating brain, body, and relationships to understand client experiences more holistically.
Trauma-informed and parts-oriented perspectives — recognizing protective strategies and supporting work with inner systems.
Person-centered and reflective practice — honoring your unique therapeutic voice while cultivating confidence and clarity.
In consultation, my goal isn’t to provide a single “right way” forward, but to offer perspective, tools, and collaborative reflection that help you grow in alignment with your values and your clients’ needs.
-
I work with therapists at all stages — from those seeking a one-time second opinion to those wanting regular space to process complex cases.
-
Consultations are offered virtually, so you can connect from anywhere in the U.S.
